Guess what, the screen just went white on that one less than 10 months later. I originally purchased one of these in Dec 2007. Don't buy this remote, it will break on you, it is just a matter of when. Logitech refuses to fix it and wont replace it under warranty since it has been over a year since the initial purchase. That one broke in July 2008, the screen went white and wouldn't reset. Logitech replaced that one under warranty.
The option to talk to a customer service rep, if support is needed, is only free for the first few months. Same thing when we attempt to turn off all 3. It freezes up at least once a week and we have to go online to reset it. We purchased this item in December 2008. Also, the screen needs to be recalculated quite frequently-- otherwise the button you tap, may not be the one you wanted. We have it programmed to turn on the TV, DVR and the AV receiver when we tap the "watch tv" function. It is not worth the money. 75% of the time it only turns on one of the 3 units.
Not worth the money by a far shot. The remote locks up quite a bit which requires the remote to be shut down and plugged into the computer to reprogram. Frustrating remote to say the least. It constantly "forgets" how to control the components and even to send the signals.
H.C. I now have only one remote in my living room. ANDERS This product does what it supposed to. It takes a little time to program.
Easy to use, remote has help function if needed.Once all of your devices are in the system your done.would recommend
